Refund & Rehoming Policy
At UAE Pets Home, the wellbeing of our pets is our top priority. As living beings, pets are not treated as traditional retail products.
1. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of live animals, refunds are generally not provided once a pet has been transferred to a new home, except in exceptional cases evaluated on an individual basis.
2. Health-Related Concerns
If a serious health concern is identified shortly after transfer, clients are encouraged to contact us immediately so appropriate guidance can be provided.
3. Rehoming Support
If a client is unable to continue caring for a pet due to unforeseen circumstances, UAE Pets Home may offer guidance or support regarding responsible rehoming options.
4. Non-Transferability
Pets should not be resold, abandoned, or transferred irresponsibly. We encourage ethical and humane decision-making at all times.
Each case is handled with care, discretion, and the animal’s best interest in mind.
