We offer shipping and delivery services across all emirates within the UAE. Transportation is arranged with care to ensure minimal stress and safe handling for every animal.

• Same-day or scheduled delivery may be available depending on location
• Clients are informed in advance of delivery timing

2. Shipping to Saudi Arabia

UAE Pets Home also provides shipping services to Saudi Arabia for eligible pets, subject to applicable regulations and requirements.

Shipping timelines and arrangements for Saudi Arabia are confirmed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the destination city and logistics.

3. Animal Comfort & Safety

All shipments are planned with the animal’s welfare in mind. We ensure:

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive the pet at the agreed time and location.

5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, transport conditions, or regulatory procedures. UAE Pets Home is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.
